Job Title: Teaching Assistant (Secondary School)
Location: Bourne
Salary: £90 – £110 per day

GSL Education is working with secondary schools in Bourne to recruit dependable Teaching Assistants.
You will support teachers and pupils to ensure lessons run smoothly and students remain engaged.
Key Duties:
* Assist with lesson delivery
* Support pupils with additional needs
* Promote positive behaviour
* Help maintain a productive classroom
Requirements:
* Experience supporting young people
* Calm and patient manner
* DBS on the Update Service
