At Everymind, we exist to empower and protect workplace supporters, inspiring confidence in every mental health conversation in the workplace. We’re doing this by completely reshaping Mental Health First Aid, a well-intentioned training course that was never truly built for the realities of the workplace. As a business, and as individuals, we don’t tick boxes. And that mindset shapes everything we do.

Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for a purpose-driven Account Executive ready to combine their commercial skills with work that truly makes a difference. You’ll own the full sales cycle, support strategic upsell opportunities, and play a huge role in how we grow from here. We’re looking for someone with previous experience in managing B2B sales cycles, who understands how to close deals and knows how to build strong relationships.
What you'll be doing
As our Account Executive at Everymind, you’ll take the lead in driving new business growth and existing customer growth, leading sales conversations with HR, People, L&D, and Wellbeing leaders across the UK and Ireland.
Your core responsibilties:
* Own the full sales cycle: Take inbound and outbound leads through discovery, demo, proposal, opportunity, procurement, and finally to close.
* Generate pipeline: Run outbound pipeline generation activities via email, calls, LinkedIn and networking to create a consistent flow of new opportunities. This will be driven by pipeline goals but roughly expected to be 25% of your time per week.
* Create business cases and proposals: Build tailored, compelling proposals and business cases that clearly connect business needs with Everymind’s solutions.
* Support upsell opportunities: Collaborate with our Partner Development team to expand existing accounts, selling in training, webinars and more.
* Pipeline ownership: Maintain an accurate, up-to-date CRM (HubSpot), ensuring clean forecasting, deal stages, and visibility across the team.
* Provide reporting and insight: Regularly report on pipeline, deal funnel and qualified leads to Senior Manager, Sales & Marketing.
* Event representation: Attend and represent Everymind at roundtables, webinars and relevant industry events.
We’re looking for someone who blends strong commercial instincts with a deep understanding of people.
You'll thrive in this role if you:
* Have proven B2B sales experience - you’ve managed deals across multiple stakeholders (not just sourced meetings or taken an SDR role), and you’re comfortable with deal sizes of £10k–£100k+
* Understand late-stage sales - you’re confident navigating procurement, due diligence, and liaising with IT/security teams to remove blockers
* Know how to qualify opportunities - you’re methodical in identifying the right leads to pursue (and when to walk away)
* Are a strong relationship builder - able to build trust quickly and create internal champions for our work
* Bring sector knowledge - experience in HR, L&D, wellbeing or a related space is a big plus
* Are able to manage continual change in a growing business - we’re constantly building for customers, which means our products and messaging are evolving
* Are highly motivated and proactive - as a remote business, we all take accountability for our role and ensure we can perform our best
* Are highly organised - you can manage multiple proposals, calls and follow-ups while keeping everything tight in the CRM
* Think commercially - you understand how to communicate ROI, know how to talk pricing and value, and can spot opportunities for growth
