Overview
We are seeking an Office Services & Training Coordinator to support the management of all office/site services within the Pocklington site, with the requirement to cover reception duties as required (mainly for holiday cover) in Pocklington and from 2026 to include the Howden reception cover. The role reports to the Office Manager and will assist with the maintenance of the training and development requirements for the UK & Ireland legal entity.
Responsibilities
* Support all site departments with ad hoc administrative tasks; including but not limited to accounts administration; stock taking and ordering; data and document management; travel and accommodation requests.
* Management of video conferencing facilities including maintenance and servicing contracts.
* Organization of site Occupational Health checks for all employees on site.
* Manage stock, purchase, and delivery of consumable items.
* Cover the Reception role as required, which from 2026 could include the Howden site.
* Data entry and maintenance of the training records system for the UK legal entity.
* Support the Office Manager with the purchase ordering & invoicing process and supplier queries.
* Proactive approach to identify expired training and coordination of required training with departments/employees.
Profile / Qualifications
* Relevant office administration experience.
* Competence with Microsoft Excel.
* SAP experience is advantageous but not essential.
* Demonstrate good attention to detail.
* Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility to provide cover.
* Be a self-starter and work on own initiative.
