Our client, a fast-growing DTC brand, is seeking a Performance Video Editor who can think both creatively and strategically, turning raw assets and loose ideas into thumb-stopping paid social videos with minimal direction. You’ll have the freedom to shape concepts, test new angles, and influence the direction of ad creative. What You’ll Do
* Own the full editing process, transforming loose briefs into high-performing paid social videos
* Create compelling, narrative-led content from raw footage and early-stage ideas
* Test, iterate, and learn quickly alongside creative strategists
* Pitch new concepts, hooks, formats, and editing styles based on trends and performance
* Edit with platform best practices in mind for Meta and TikTok
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience editing paid social ads (Meta + TikTok)
* Experience using AfterEffects, Premier and CapCut
* Strong storytelling instincts for short-form content
* Ability to work independently without heavy direction
* Fast, resourceful, and performance-driven approach
* 1+ year in video editing or content creation, ideally within DTC or a performance-led agency
