An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a well-established client based near Brentwood.
Duties of an Sales Administrator:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and services.
* Prepare accurate quotes, process orders, and maintain up-to-date customer records.
* Use software tools such as Sage, Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Excel to manage daily tasks and track sales activities.
* Collaborate with the IT team to ensure systems are running smoothly and support sales operations effectively.
* Prioritise and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines and targets.
* Monitor market trends and customer feedback to support product and service improvements
