What You’ll Be Doing As a Junior Project Analyst at Solmar Villas, you’ll work closely with our IT and business teams to help manage delivery across a range of digital and business-led projects. We’re looking for a true all-rounder; someone who can execute a project plan, contribute to business analysis, aid in quality assurance, and resolve day-to-day issues when required. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate across all areas of the business, develop your skills, and make a measurable contribution to the future of Solmar. Key Responsibilities: Support delivery across the IT team’s pipeline of work Take part in daily routines and ceremonies to keep delivery on track Contribute to scoping and defining business requirements for delivery Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts Monitor progress, resolve bottlenecks, and track delivery timelines Support testing and validation to align delivery with requirements Provide regular progress reports and keep stakeholders informed Identify risks and escalate when necessary to avoid delivery impacts Willingness to take on additional duties as required What We’re Looking For Willingness to learn by doing and tackle tasks directly Meticulous about data, processes, and delivery Ability to handle multiple small projects alongside day-to-day operation Naturally identifies gaps and drives tasks forward Builds strong relationships quickly in a small team environment Familiar with project management software (Trello, Asana) Entry-level certifications (such as Prince2 Foundation or Agile / Lean) are a plus Why Join Us?
