Legal PA Secretary Personal Injury

An experienced Legal PA/Secretary is required to join a specialist Legal Firm in Warrington. The role is to provide 1:1 support within Personal Injury.
The Legal PA/Secretary will support at a Senior level on a caseload of Personal Injury work, including Serious and Catastrophic Injury. This is an in-depth supporting role where you will be providing key PA and Secretarial support. This will include:
* Preparation of large and complex court bundles and documents
* Coordinating meetings
* Digital Dictation
* Diary Management
* Inbox management
* Supporting with billing and financial administration
* Prioritising urgent tasks with efficiency
* Travel arrangements
* Being a point of contact for clients and updating them on matters
* Generation of correspondence
* Filing and administrative duties
Requirements:
* It is essential that you have prior experience as a Legal Secretary or PA within Personal Injury, Serious Injury, or Catastrophic work
* Strong understanding of the Litigation process and court documents
* Able to use digital dictation seamlessly
* Experience in accurately recording information and use of case management systems
* Able to communicate with clients professionally and with care
* Able to retain client confidentiality at all times
The Legal PA/Secretary is working at the firm's offices based in Warrington. Salary negotiable depending on experience. Great team working environment and benefits.
