About This Role
We are seeking to appoint a Senior Midday Supervisor to manage and lead the lunchtime provision here at Laceyfields Academy. The role requires an efficient and confident individual who can maintain high standards whilst leading the Midday Supervisor team. Hours: Monday to Friday, 1 hour 25 minutes per day, totalling 7 hours 5 minutes a week.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the Midday Supervisor team in delivering high‑quality lunchtime provision.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety and safeguarding standards.
* Develop and implement lunch service policies and procedures.
* Monitor and evaluate lunchtime activities and support student well‑being.
* Collaborate with teachers and other staff to support the school’s overall objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
* Relevant teaching qualification or equivalent experience in a school setting.
* Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the education sector.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
