Description
* Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
* Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
* Manage employee relations, addressing queries and resolving issues effectively.
* Coach, guide and upskill managers
* Use HR data to identify trends
* Maintain accurate HR records and update the HR system as required.
* Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to support organisational goals.
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
* A strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
* Experience in providing HR advice and managing employee relations.
* Proficiency in using HR systems and maintaining accurate records.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* The ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
* A proactive approach to supporting HR projects and initiatives.
