An exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic and self-motivated scientist to join the laboratory of Dr Katerina Toropova at the Sir William Dunn School of Pathology, University of Oxford. The position focuses on structural biology research within a dynamic and collaborative academic environment. [Eligibility Criteria]
Applicants should hold, or be close to completing, a PhD/DPhil in a relevant scientific discipline. Candidates must demonstrate a strong background in structural biology or a closely related field, along with evidence of research capability and academic achievement.

* Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Ability to handle confidential matters with tact and discretion
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders
* Team-oriented approach with the ability to liaise across overlapping areas of work
* General understanding of health and safety requirements, with willingness to develop further expertise
* Experience working in a higher education or research environment
* Experience managing administrative processes or staff
* Familiarity with health and safety procedures
* Experience supporting or servicing committees
Salary details
£39,424 – £47,779 per annum (Research Grade 7)
