Hours: Monday to Thursday, 06:30 - 16:30
Pay: £13.50 per hour (starting rate)
Pay Progression: After training, earn £12.71 - £19.00 per hour depending on performance,
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Start Date: Immediate starts available

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated CNC Wood Mill Machinist to join a well-established and growing manufacturing team. This role offers excellent long-term prospects, with full training provided and opportunities to progress into higher pay bands.

Key Responsibilities
* Operating CNC wood milling machinery safely and efficiently
* Loading and unloading wood materials
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings
* Conducting routine machine maintenance and quality checks
* Working within a production team to meet daily targets
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

What We're Looking For
* Previous CNC machining experience (wood preferred, but other materials considered)
* Ability to read measurements and technical drawings
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Reliable, hardworking attitude
* Willingness to learn and develop through training
* Ability to work a consistent 4‑day week (Mon-Thurs)
