This opportunity puts you at the centre of a boutique, high-net-worth portfolio in one of North West London’s most desirable locations.You’ll deliver a tailored, service experience to landlords and tenants while enjoying the flexibility of hybrid working and the chance to grow with a dynamic, ambitious team.
* Competitive salary (£40,000 – £45,000 DOE)
* 9am–6pm, Monday–Friday, with 1 day WFH

What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing tenancy progression and property management across a boutique portfolio
* Acting as a trusted point of contact for landlords and tenants
* Overseeing compliance, refurbishments, and maintenance with discretion and efficiency
* Delivering a high-standard, client-focused service in a fast-paced environment
What You’ll Bring
* 2+ years’ experience in tenancy and property management
* Articulate, detail-driven, and solutions-focused approach
* ARLA Level 3 qualification desirable
* Knowledge of Reapit advantageous
