Role Overview
Fire Safety & Compliance Ltd is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to provide broad support across the business. This role is designed to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly, with a mix of office-based and remote working. The successful candidate will be adaptable, organised, and confident in supporting a variety of administrative duties that allow the Managing Director to focus on client delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative support across the business.
* Manage incoming enquiries by phone and email, ensuring they are logged and followed up.
* Assist with preparation, formatting, and management of company documents and reports.
* Maintain and update company records, systems, and client details.
* Support diary management, scheduling, and coordination of meetings and site visits.
* Raise invoices, track payments, and maintain simple finance records.
* Liaise with contractors and third parties, including arranging access to sites where required.
* Assist with maintaining templates, subscriptions, and wider business support.
* Contribute to the company's social media presence by drafting posts, scheduling content, and monitoring engagement in line with business style.

* Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable using online systems.
* Good written and verbal communication.
* Awareness of social media platforms for business use.
* Confident liaising with external contractors and service providers.
