An experienced Project Manager is needed to join the team at this well-established security systems and home automation company based in Enfield.
They are a specialist in installing state-of-the-art intruder alarms, networked CCTV, IP door entry, access control systems, TV systems and smart home automation systems in and around London.

Responsibilities
* Manage the delivery of security projects, including the implementation of security systems such as access control, CCTV, and intruder alarms.
* Provide leadership and direction to the project team, ensuring that all team members are working effectively and efficiently.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
* Liaise with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the design and construction work is of the highest quality.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any issues or concerns.
* Identify and manage project risks, implementing appropriate measures to mitigate them.
* Report regularly to the Managing Director, providing updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
* Ensure that all projects are completed in accordance with industry standards and regulations, and that all health and safety requirements are met.
Requirements
* A minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management, with a focus on security systems.
* Experience in site management and running jobs.
* Attend site and client meetings.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
* Knowledge of current security technologies and industry regulations.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Remuneration range and benefits available:
* Salary: negotiable, depending on experience.
* 40 hours a week - 8:00 am - 17:00 pm.
* 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays.
