We are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic, and reliable person who would like to develop their skills in this area. Working within our Control Team, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate recording of our inbound mail and associated tasks. You should be able to work on your own initiative and collaboratively as needed.
The successful candidates will:
1. Assist with incoming and outgoing post, including post opening and distribution.
2. Carry out scanning and indexing of incoming post.
3. Monitor and index incoming emails imported into the database that cannot be auto-indexed.
4. Download and index documents from third parties into our database.
5. Monitor incoming electronic claim forms and index into our database.
6. Maintain a full working knowledge of relevant legislation and data protection regulations.
