The role
You'll be part of a wider team, helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. It's a varied role where you'll pick up valuable skills quickly.
What you'll be doing:
* Processing trades and financial transactions
* Setting up and updating client accounts
* Supporting investment activity (switches, rebalances, etc.)
* Handling dividends and payments
* Checking data and resolving any issues
* Supporting general admin linked to investments
* Working to daily deadlines as part of a team
What we're looking for
You don't need finance experience, the right attitude matters more.
* Has great attention to detail
* Is organised and reliable
* Is comfortable using Excel and working with data
* Enjoys a structured, fast-paced environment
* Communicates well and works well in a team
* Is keen to learn and build a career
