This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure toexecutive-level initiatives,cross-functional projects, andstrategic prioritiesacross the organization.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record ofleading and executing projects, with strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders. The role will primarily focus on supporting theRisk Transformation Programme, while also contributing to other initiatives driven by the CEO Office.As part of this role, you will play a key part incoordinating, governing, and delivering projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute projectssponsored by the CEO Office, ensuring timely delivery of objectives and milestones.Support theBusiness ManagerandHead of Governancecoordinating and managing key initiatives, including theRisk Transformation Programme.Develop and maintainproject plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.Track and monitoractions, decisions, and progressacross executive-level projects, ensuring accountability and follow-through.Prepareproject updates, reports, and presentationsfor senior stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with strategic goals.Support governance processes by maintaining accurate and up-to-dateproject documentation, logs, and records.Liaise with teams across the organization to gather updates, resolve issues, and support the successful delivery of actions.Conducthoc analysis, research, and reportingsupport decision-making and special initiatives as required by the CEO Office.Work effectively in an environment shaped byartificial intelligence (AI),machine learning, anddata analytics, ensuring responsible use of insights in line with data governance and security standards.What You Will BringProven experience in leading and executing projects, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Strongproject management skills, including planning, tracking, and reporting on progress.Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to and engage withsenior stakeholders.Professional maturity and discretion when working with executive-level teams.High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Analytical mindset with the ability to structure complex information clearly and concisely.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
