Our client offers a range of services including Masterplanning, Planning, Landscape Architecture, Ecology, and Environmental services.
Over the years, this well-established consultancy has developed a strong clientele and prides itself on the quality of projects/services they provide. Therefore, they are seeking an individual who comes across extremely well and has the ability to form/maintain client relationships. They work on a variety of projects from inception through to completion including renewable energy, commercial, and leisure. Our client is seeking an individual who has the ability to hit the ground running; therefore, the successful Senior Town Planner must have a minimum of 5 years' experience. Senior Town Planner Position Overview
* Preparation and coordination of planning (and associated) applications including the drafting of supporting statements
* Supporting junior members of the team
* Liaising with internal and external technical specialties, clients, and Local Planning Authorities
Senior Town Planner Position Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years' experience (preferred)
* Chartered member of the RTPI
* Masters in Town or Spatial Planning
* Project management experience including the management of budgets and invoicing
* Ability to work well as part of a team and individually.
