AK Recruitment is looking for an experienced and reliable Scaffolder to join our growing team. As a scaffolder, you will be responsible for constructing and dismantling scaffolding systems safely and efficiently for various construction projects. We are seeking individuals who take pride in their work, have excellent attention to detail, and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Erecting and dismantling scaffolding on construction sites
* Ensuring that scaffolding is safe, secure, and stable
* Working with a team to carry out installations, inspections, and repairs
* Complying with all relevant health and safety regulations
* Conducting regular inspections of scaffolding equipment
* Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition
* Collaborating with site managers and other trades to meet project deadlines
Key Requirements:
1. Valid scaffolding qualification (e.g., CISRS or equivalent)
2. Previous experience working as a scaffolder on construction sites
3. Strong knowledge of scaffolding safety practices and regulations
