First Line Support Engineer - Hybrid (2 p/w days in the office - post training).
What’s this role about?
* As a 1st line engineer, you will assist in managing and troubleshooting issues for the end customers of our MSP partners. Using your analytical skills, you will work with your team to provide technical support in a fast-paced environment.
* MSP experience is a bonus; otherwise, a background in IT Helpdesk or remote support is highly valued. Strong communication skills are essential.
What will I do day-to-day?
You will deliver 1st line IT support to our MSP partners' customers, escalating issues to senior engineers when necessary.
Your daily responsibilities include:
* Troubleshooting technical issues involving:
o Windows 10
o Office 365 and Microsoft Office
o Printers and Scanners
o Various customer applications
* Knowledge of Windows Server 2016 and 2019
* Network troubleshooting
* Escalating complex issues to senior engineers
* Providing friendly, positive support with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
