We are a highly regarded not-for-profit, values-based organisation, offering residential, community and in-home aged care for over 30 years, to older people living in and around the city of Manningham.

• Full-time, Permanent – Based at Doncaster

• Salary: $120,000–$125,000 + Superannuation

• NFP Salary Packaging up to $15,900 + Meal Card up to $2,650

• Lead excellence in clinical care within a 90-bed home including a Memory Support Unit


About Us

Cassia House is one of MannaCare’s key residential homes, accommodating 90 residents, including a dedicated Memory Support Unit designed to provide specialised dementia care in a warm and inclusive environment.


The Role

The Clinical Care Coordinator reports to the Executive Director of Residential Services and provides strong clinical leadership and coordination across Cassia House. They oversee safe, person-centred care, ensuring compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, clinical governance, and accreditation outcomes. This hands‑on leadership role balances clinical expertise, staff mentoring, and operational oversight to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care and support.


Key Responsibilities

* Provide day‑to‑day clinical leadership, guidance, and supervision to nursing and care teams.
* Monitor and maintain high standards of care and resident outcomes through regular audits and reviews.
* Oversee resident assessments, care planning, and documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
* Lead medication management and infection prevention practices.
* Support and mentor staff to ensure a skilled, confident, and values‑driven workforce.
* Partner with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, person‑centred care.
* Participate in quality improvement, AN‑ACC assessments, and compliance activities.
* Act as a key point of contact for residents and families regarding clinical care matters.
* Contribute to after‑hours on‑call support and clinical decision‑making as required.


About You

You are a compassionate and confident clinical leader with a strong background in aged care. You combine professional expertise with empathy, and have a proven ability to build trust, support staff, and maintain excellence in clinical care, particularly in dementia‑support environments.


You will bring:

* Current registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with AHPRA.
* Proven experience in a senior clinical or leadership role within residential aged care.
* Experience or qualification in dementia care and/or Memory Support environments.
* Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards, clinical governance, and AN‑ACC processes.
* Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor clinical teams, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
* Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building skills.
* Commitment to resident dignity, safety, and continuous improvement.
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
