We are looking for an experienced people leader to lead our Talent Acquisition partners across Europe, supporting and guiding them as they work closely with hiring teams to deliver key hires for the business. This is a remote/office or hybrid position ideally based in Sweden, UK, Germany, Denmark or France.
The Global Talent Acquisition Manager leads regional Talent Acquisition teams, ensuring hiring is aligned with business needs. The role collaborates closely with the Global Talent Acquisition team, People & Culture Partners, and People Experience to ensure a well‑coordinated and effective approach. It also supports the continued development and use of core systems, including SuccessFactors Recruitment and CRM tools, to enable consistent and efficient hiring processes, ensuring we are continuing to develop our GTA function to improve our impact in countries.
Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
* Lead and develop regional Talent Acquisition teams across assigned locations, ensuring operational excellence, delivery of high‑quality hires, and alignment with global workforce and organizational goals.
* Serve as a strategic business partner to senior business leaders and HR Business Partners by proactively consulting on talent needs, advising on hiring strategies, and influencing workforce planning across regions. Utilising data and insights to influence decisions.
* Translate the global Talent Acquisition strategy into actionable regional plans that deliver high‑impact hiring outcomes, while ensuring scalability and alignment with business growth and transformation objectives.
* Champion a consistent and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers, reinforcing a high‑performance recruitment culture and building long‑term talent pipelines for critical and future‑focused capabilities.
* Leverage technology and AI‑driven solutions to optimise sourcing, candidate engagement, and decision‑making, in partnership with global enablement teams and HR technology stakeholders.
* Support global Talent Acquisition enablement initiatives, driving or contributing to key projects focused on process improvement, system innovation, recruitment capability building, and change management. Including the development of impactful early careers programmes, delivered through your team, to attract, nurture, and build pipelines of emerging talent.
* Oversee operational delivery and performance metrics, including hiring KPIs, candidate experience, time‑to‑fill, and cost‑per‑hire, ensuring timely reporting and accountability to business expectations.
* Develop, lead, and continuously improve strategic sourcing strategies, including employer branding, internal mobility, and employee referral programmes that build future‑ready talent pipelines.
* Manage external recruitment partners and sourcing channels globally, ensuring alignment to service‑level expectations, performance metrics, and cost controls.
* Ensure full compliance with global and regional employment laws, diversity goals, data privacy regulations, and internal policies related to recruitment practices.
* Drive continuous improvement across Talent Acquisition systems, including active involvement in the implementation and enhancement of SuccessFactors Recruitment and other digital tools.
* Collaborate closely with the wider HR and Operations teams to integrate Talent Acquisition efforts into broader people initiatives, including workforce planning, onboarding, and organisational development.
* Own Talent Acquisition budget and resource planning, including forecasting, cost control, and strategic vendor partnerships.
* Coach, mentor, and develop Talent Acquisition team members, ensuring performance management, career development, and succession planning within the function.
* Lead or contribute to global Talent Acquisition initiatives and transformation projects, ensuring successful execution and alignment with global HR and business strategies.
Minimum Requirements
* 7+ years' experience leading Talent Acquisition teams in complex structured organisations, ideally in global or regional roles and related industry experience.
* Proven strategic partner to senior leaders with strong knowledge of global TA best practices.
* Experience with recruitment technology and ATS systems, preferably SuccessFactors, and familiarity with AI tools.
* Track record of leading TA projects and process improvements, delivering and influencing change.
* Budget management and vendor oversight experience.
* Knowledge of global employment laws, diversity, and compliance.
* Strong leadership, coaching, and team belonging and development skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management across cultures.
* Data‑driven with strong analytical skills.
