Records Management Team Member
Location : Hartlepool Power Station
Pay Rate: £16.88 per hour
Hours: Full Time - 37 hours Monday- Friday
Temporary assignment through Manpower
Our client, one of the UK's leading energy providers, is seeking a Records Management Team Member to join their Document Management Team at Hartlepool Power Station.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly professional environment, supporting critical operations through efficient document and records management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Amending and updating station documentation
2. Accurate and timely data entry, ensuring records are maintained and up to date
3. Managing organised filing systems (both physical and electronic)
4. Handling incoming calls and emails with professionalism
5. Scanning, archiving, and distributing updated documentation
6. Supporting the Document Management Team Leader with related tasks as required
What We're Looking For
7. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
8. Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
9. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
10. Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
11. Confident in working both independently and within a team
12. Competence in using office equipment such as printers and scanners
