Overview
Purchase Ledger Assistant urgently required, to work mornings or 2.5 days per week. Working for a manufacturing company based in Southend. Must be available immediately and have practical purchase ledger experience. Pegasus experience would be an advantage but will train. This role is temporary for aprox 8-10 weeks with possibility of becoming permanent.
Responsibilities
* Maintain and manage the purchase ledger, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
* Process invoices and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
* Perform data entry tasks related to accounts payable and other financial records.
Qualifications
* Practical purchase ledger experience. Pegasus experience would be an advantage, but training will be provided.
* Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and procedures.
* Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
