Job Title: Digital Technology Specialist Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Digital Technology Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting our day-to-day digital technology operations. You will be an essential point of contact for ServiceNow, asset management, and prosumer inquiries, assisting end-users and internal stakeholders with excellent service and guidance. Responsibilities
Support daily digital technology operations, including ServiceNow administration and asset management.
Act as the primary contact for ServiceNow, NEXT Connect, prosumer, and asset management queries.
Assist end-users and internal stakeholders by providing clear guidance and excellent service.
Collaborate with Service Management and cross-functional teams to enhance the ServiceNow platform.
Maintain accurate documentation, including Standard Work Instructions and ServiceNow articles.
Produce reports, analyse data, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Support internal communications, complex service queries, and project work as needed.
Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
Perform operational tasks such as conducting prosumer surveys and analysing market feedback.
Engage in ongoing learning and development through collaboration with international teams.
Essential Skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to manage queries across multiple service areas.
Experience in maintaining technical or process documentation.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Proactive problem-solving skills.
Collaborative mindset with Experience in cross-functional teams.

Strong understanding of IT asset management (software and hardware).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.
Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency.
Experience with prosumer or other feedback tools.
Experience in a large, global, or regulated organisation.
Ability to support or participate in project work.
Analytical skills for producing reports and interpreting data.
Understanding of IT service management practices.
Experience with Market Feedback Analyses.
Experience in crafting internal communications.
