This is a fantastic opportunity to support young people across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 who may be at risk of exclusion or have experienced barriers within mainstream education. You’ll play a vital role in helping pupils rebuild confidence, re-engage with learning, and work towards positive futures. The Role As a Behaviour Support Mentor, you’ll work closely with staff to provide consistent support, positive behaviour strategies, and strong role modelling for pupils who require additional guidance both inside and outside the classroom.
