Blue Diamond Recruitment is supporting a reputable house builder based in the West Midlands as they recruit for a Land Buyer / Manager. This professional will operate across the West Midlands, acquiring opportunities across Birmingham, Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Solihull, Wolverhampton and Staffordshire. This role is pivotal to the growth and delivery of new build housing projects, focusing on sourcing and securing land opportunities to support the development pipeline. You will play a key part in shaping the region's residential landscape, working closely with stakeholders and contributing to successful partnerships housing initiatives. Key responsibilities include: Source and identify land opportunities across the West Midlands. Negotiate heads of terms and manage the land acquisition process from initial enquiry to completion. Build and nurture relationships with landowners, agents, and local authorities. Support partnerships housing and the delivery of the new build pipeline.
