Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children? We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team as a Care Assistant. You will be working under the direction of the SENCO as part of our Inclusion Team in supporting and including children with specific needs and/or disabilities.

Responsibilities:
Support students with physical disabilities including personal care and physiotherapy needs.
* Support children at mealtimes with feeding
* Foster positive relationships with children, promoting their social and emotional well-being.
* Support a safe and supportive learning environment
* Two to one support for toileting following our intimate care policy and procedures
Desired (but not essential) Requirements:
* Experience of working with or caring for children of school age
* Experience of working in the care sector
* A patient, empathetic, and compassionate approach to supporting children.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to support intimate care needs of children alongside other team members
* Ability to work as part of a team
