As a Corporate IT Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting activities related to budget control, vendor management, and cloud software license management (SaaS), with a focus on cost optimization and automation of internal processes. This position plays a strategic role in ensuring contract compliance while contributing to the company’s financial and operational efficiency.
What your day-to-day will look like
Budget Control: Support the management of the IT budget by monitoring expenses and tracking costs, aiming to optimize the use of available resources;
* Vendor Management: Ensure compliance with agreed contractual terms with vendors, including licensing, support, and updates. You will also be responsible for escalating issues when deviations or service failures occur.
* SaaS Management: Manage cloud software licenses (SaaS) in a centralized manner, including mapping active applications, monitoring actual usage, identifying underutilization or excess licenses, and optimizing costs. You will also support contract renewals, ensuring compliance with usage terms and providing analytical data to support strategic decision-making;
* Process Automation: Automate daily operational requests and processes using tools such as AI, Power Platform, or other automation solutions;
What you need to shine in this role
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related fields;
* Knowledge of budget control and cost management;
* Experience with SaaS license management and vendor relations is a plus;
* Knowledge of automation tools (AI, Power Platform) is desirable;
* Strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset;
* Good communication skills to interact with vendors and internal teams;
* Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
