* Process invoices, payments, and look after a busy purchase ledger mailbox
* Using Sage
* Processing daily cashbooks
* Daily and monthly bank reconciliation
* Payment runs
* Assist with month end tasks
* Assist with the business system implementation
Profile
* Previous experience working in an accounts assistant or purchase ledger role
* A strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
* Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* A confident and proactive personality
