The Role Location: Newcastle Salary: £85 - £95 per day (PAYE – no umbrella fees) Contract: Full-time | Long-term | Term-time only Start Date: September 2025 As a Trainee SEND Support Worker, you'll be an essential part of a team helping pupils—many with autism or additional needs—develop confidence, independence, and communication skills. You’ll be working closely with teaching staff, therapists, and families to support children both in and out of the classroom. Every day is different—but each one brings the opportunity to make real progress with young people who need your support the most.
