What We’re Looking For
* Qualified HLTA or strong equivalent school-based experience.
* A passion for supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.
* Confident classroom management and excellent organisational skills.
* Ability to assist teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons.
* A reliable communicator and a strong team player, able to build relationships with staff, students, and parents.
Key Responsibilities
* Support teachers with planning and delivering high-quality lessons to diverse learners.
* Work with small groups and individual pupils to reinforce learning and help them overcome challenges.
* Track pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
* Support pupils’ personal, social, and emotional wellbeing, fostering a positive learning environment.
* Take part in school events, meetings, and contribute to the wider school community.
