Your Role
As part of the Sales Audit team, you will ensure the accurate and timely processing of point-of-sale revenue for our UK and European companies, all while adhering to robust financial controls. Your responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating closely with the Sales Audit Manager to maintain strong relationships with external suppliers and business stakeholders.
* Supporting the adoption of automated technology across Sales Audit processes.
* Taking ownership of club point-of-sale reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
* Managing and reporting weekly till variances across the estate.
* Assisting with projects that impact the Sales Audit team.
* Supporting Accounts Receivable as needed, ensuring timely and accurate setup of self-employed professionals' master data.
* Producing standard and ad hoc reports and responding to queries across multiple channels.
* Completing monthly reconciliations of Sales Audit-related balance sheet control accounts.
Note: This position will begin as an office-based role, with the potential for hybrid working after a successful probation period.

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in reconciling point of sale revenue, ideally within a retail environment.
* Proven in working in a fast-paced environment.
* Highly numerate and detail-oriented.
* Proactive in driving efficiencies and generating new ideas for improved ways of working.
* A clear and confident communicator, both verbally and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
* Skilled in intermediate Excel functions.
* Familiar with Microsoft D365 (desirable).
