Key Responsibilities
* Ensure smooth daily operations of the home and support young people’s wellbeing.
* Support and supervise staff team, stepping in as deputy for the Team Leaders when needed.
* Build relationships with young people, demonstrating compassion, resilience, and leadership.
What We Offer
* Salary: Base salary of £30,030 - £34,302
* Bonuses: Up to 4 sleep ins per month paid at £80 each, £1,400 Attendance Allowance (subject to good attendance), £1,000 Welcome Bonus after probation, and £1,000 Loyalty Bonus after 12 months.

Ideal Candidate

* Full UK driving license (held for at least 12 months).
* If lacking Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, support for study will be provided.
