We are seeking a highly organised Project Coordinator to join our Leeds office. In this role, you will take responsibility for coordinating projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met, budgets are monitored, and quality standards are maintained. Acting as the main point of contact for clients and suppliers, you'll keep communication clear and projects on track while supporting the wider team with essential administration. Key Responsibilities
Project Management
Plan, prioritise, and manage your workload to deliver projects on schedule.
Act as the main point of contact for clients and suppliers, building strong, professional relationships.
Monitor project budgets to achieve profitability targets.
Use project management and CRM tools to schedule, track, and manage assignments.
Review, proof, and format project deliverables before completion.
Conduct quality control checks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
Identify and resolve potential issues proactively to keep projects on track.
Maintain accurate and well-organised documentation at every stage.
Administration & Support
Provide administrative support to senior managers and team leads.
Prepare purchase orders, supplier invoices, and client quotes/orders.
Assist the sales team with CRM/database updates, client follow-ups, and pipeline management.
Respond to client enquiries promptly and professionally.
Ensure accurate records and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to team meetings with updates on project status, budgets, and performance.
Client & Team Relations
Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring satisfaction from start to finish.
Follow up post-project to confirm receipt and identify further support opportunities.
Handle client feedback or complaints with professionalism, following best practice procedures.
Represent the company at client meetings and industry networking events as required.
Skills & Attributes
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
