Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to lead and own the safe, efficient, and effective operation of our UK warehouse and headquarters in Gloucester.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director – UK & Europe, this role carries significant responsibility and autonomy. You will be accountable for end-to-end warehouse operations, inventory flow, people leadership, health & safety compliance, and the smooth day-to-day running of the UK HQ building.
This is a leadership-first role. Effective line management is a non-negotiable expectation. You will be expected to maximise the performance, output, and engagement of your team through clear direction, coaching, and accountability, before becoming embedded in hands-on operational tasks. While you will need to understand, oversee, and occasionally support day-to-day activity, your primary value lies in leading the operation, not firefighting within it.

* A motivated, productive team with clear expectations and consistent delivery.
* Strong health & safety culture with high compliance and minimal incidents.
* Clear, effective SOPs that support efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
* A UK HQ that operates smoothly and reflects REP Fitness’ professional standards.
