With a strong reputation for delivering quality projects and maintaining high levels of compliance, this business continues to grow and is now looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee fire stopping and passive fire works.
As Contracts Manager, you will take ownership of multiple projects covering a range of sizes and complexities, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest compliance standards. This is a hybrid role, with time split between office, home, and site.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing multiple contracts across fire stopping, fire barriers, intumescent coatings, and structural steel protection.

Leading project planning, resource allocation, and subcontractor management.

Ensuring works meet both client expectations and industry compliance standards.

Financial management of projects, including cost control and reporting.
*
Acting as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Conducting site visits to oversee progress, quality, and safety.
We are seeking an established Contracts Manager with a proven track record in passive fire protection, capable of hitting the ground running. You will have:

Demonstrable experience managing passive fire projects from inception to completion.

Strong technical knowledge of fire stopping systems, intumescent coatings, and barriers.

Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills.

A willingness to travel to sites across the region.

A commercial mindset, with experience in cost and budget management.

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 (dependent on experience)
