A superb prospect awaits a seasoned Rail Director to join a global presence with a healthy workload touching on a number of iconic schemes.

In essence they seek an experienced, motivated, self-starting, problem-solver and collaborative professional at Associate Director or Director level. Joining the key management team you will be responsible for sourcing, winning, leading and delivering commissions largely in the UK, but also looking for opportunities to support their global team.
Responsibilities
* Building a vibrant pipeline of work through active management of client relationships.
* Leverage your reputation as a specialist in the field to secure high value advisory work.
* Support the group`s rail practice via client engagement and proposal development.
* Assume leadership for delivering business performance and making strong commercial decisions.
* Lead projects as a Project Director, bringing your industry experience ensuring that best practice techniques are applied consistently and full integration with company`s project teams.
* Lead by example through mentoring and deliberate collaboration across the company
Experience and Skills
* Seasoned Rail Specialist with extensive and current client, partner and stakeholder networks.
* Strong knowledge of the GB railway and a keen understanding of current challenges it faces.
* Ability to provide high quality and analytically robust advice to clients on both the strategic and day to day challenges they face.
* Strong technical capability in one or more disciplines including Commercial, Operations, Transformation and Transactions with a proven ability to originate opportunities, win work, and deliver work as Project Director for both the public and private sector.
