Responsibilities
* Provide holistic nursing care to residents, building close relationships and understanding individual needs.
* Work within a multi-disciplinary team to coordinate care and support residents and families.
* Liaise with GPs and other providers to ensure comprehensive care planning and delivery.
* Maintain and enhance clinical skills across areas such as dementia care, medical emergencies, wound care, diabetes management, and stroke care.
Qualifications
* NMC registration – either RGN or RMN
* Demonstrable post-registration experience in a similar setting
* Preferably experience in a care home or elderly setting
* Commitment to delivering high-quality care
* Good communication and organizational skills
* Passion and empathy with a desire to make a difference in residents’ lives
