We are seeking a skilled Commercial Property Solicitor to work alongside our Commercial Property Partner. This is an exciting opportunity to manage your own caseload while supporting a diverse range of clients. You will handle various commercial property matters, from acquisitions and disposals to lease renewals and contract drafting.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage your own caseload of commercial property matters.
* Advise clients on acquisitions, disposals, commercial leases, and business lease renewals.
* Draft and review contracts and other property-related documentation.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships with both new and existing clients.
* Attend networking events to develop business opportunities and promote the firm’s services.
* Contribute to marketing efforts, including writing articles and engaging in other promotional activities.
* Support the Commercial Property Partner with more complex matters.

The Person
We are looking for a qualified solicitor with at least 2+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial property law. The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong technical knowledge of commercial property law.
* Case management experience.
* Excellent client care skills and the ability to build long-lasting relationships.
* Interest in business development and networking.
* Sound IT skills, including experience with case management systems and Microsoft Office.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
