Overview
A children's care service in Poulton-le-Fylde is seeking an experienced Children’s Registered Home Manager. This role involves leading a team, ensuring high standards of care, and responding to Ofsted inspections.
Responsibilities
* Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality services for children in residential care.
* Maintain and improve standards of care in line with regulatory requirements and Ofsted expectations.
* Respond to Ofsted inspections and implement resulting action plans as required.
Qualifications
* Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in children's residential care.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary of up to £78,000, with multiple bonuses and benefits.
