Field Engineer / Arcade Engineer Reading Perm Up to £32,000pa The Arcade Engineer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of arcade, amusement, and gaming machines across multiple venues. The role requires strong technical ability, hands-on problem-solving, and excellent customer service to ensure machines are fully operational, safe, and delivering the best possible player experience. Covers multiple sites across Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire and West London 40 hours a week, 2 week rota Week 1 Monday - Friday Week 2 - Monday-Wed and Sat & Sun Responsibilities * Carry out diagnostics, fault-finding, and repairs on a wide range of arcade and amusement machines (redemption, video, coin-mech etc.). * Undertake planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to minimise downtime * Install, configure, and test new machines on-site. * Manage spares, parts, and inventory efficiently. * Work with site teams to ensure machines meet H&S and compliance standards. * Provide technical support and training to venue staff as required. * Keep accurate records of service visits and repairs via reporting systems.
