Job Title: Admin / Business Support – All Levels

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Business Support team. Opportunities are available across all levels, from entry-level administration to senior business support management. Whether you are starting your career or looking to take the next step, we have roles to suit your skills and experience.

About the Role
You will be providing vital administrative and business support within a dynamic environment, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Depending on your level of experience, you could be handling correspondence, preparing reports, managing a team, or overseeing budgets and projects.

Key Responsibilities (depending on level):

General administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and handling enquiries.

Producing reports, presentations, and correspondence to support the team.

Organising meetings, minute taking, and coordinating bookings.

Supervising junior staff and managing workloads effectively.

Overseeing budgets, resources, and business processes.

Leading projects and representing the department in meetings.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Ability to work accurately under pressure and to deadlines.

For higher-level roles, proven leadership, project management, and budget management experience.

Qualifications or equivalent experience appropriate to the role level (e.g. NVQ Levels 2–4).
