We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team in a thriving hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the culinary arts and possess strong leadership skills to support the restaurant's daily operations.
Duties
- Oversee food preparation and kitchen operations
- Manage and lead a team of staff members
- Ensure high standards of food production and service
- Supervise bartending activities and maintain quality standards
- Assist the General Manager in administrative tasks
- Uphold health and safety regulations within the establishment
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Proficiency in team management and culinary practices
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,884.00 per year
