Business Development Executive (BDE) – Broker Channel

We’re working with an ambitious and scaling fintech lender that is rapidly building its presence across the UK market. As part of their continued growth, they’re looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to manage and grow their broker channel.

The Role:
As BDE, you’ll be responsible for developing, managing, and growing relationships with commercial finance brokers and introducers nationwide.
You’ll act as the key point of contact for your broker portfolio; driving deal flow, increasing engagement, and ensuring an outstanding service experience from enquiry through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage a portfolio of active broker relationships
* Proactively generate new broker partnerships across the UK
* Drive high-quality deal flow aligned to credit appetite
* Work closely with credit and operations teams to progress applications
* Deliver training and product updates to brokers
* Attend industry events and networking opportunities
* Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline visibility
