You’ll join a high-performing paid media team helping ambitious eCommerce brands grow through social-first strategy and best-in-class execution. This is a hands-on role where your thinking shapes the plan and your craft makes it happen: structured testing, rock-solid campaign builds, precise spend pacing and clear performance storytelling. You’ll work across a varied client portfolio and collaborate with specialists beyond Paid Social to turn big ideas into measurable outcomes. The Paid Social Specialist will lead paid social strategy for a portfolio of clients, optimise daily performance across key platforms, and translate data into growth actions.
Role Highlights
— Own Paid Social strategy for 5–6 client accounts, building growth roadmaps and testing plans
— Run day-to-day performance across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and Snap, improving outcomes through continuous experimentation
— Maintain high standards for builds, QA, tracking hygiene and budget pacing
— Partner with account teams to turn results into clear narratives, recommendations and next steps
— Stay ahead of platform updates and sharpen your craft through structured learning
You Will Need
— Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and at least one of Pinterest or Snap
— Evidence you’ve improved performance through structured testing and insight-led optimisation
— Confidence managing budgets and pacing accurately against targets
— Analytical approach: you enjoy interpreting data and turning it into practical actions
— Clear communication and stakeholder skills (you can explain “why” as well as “what”)
