Role:
The role forms part of a busy Health & Safety Team, who provide Fire Safety and Health & Safety services to the organisation’s sites, duties will include;
1. Responsible for providing specialist fire safety advice to the organisation on all fire safety matters relating to people & premises
2. Ensure compliance with relevant Legislation, Regulation, Code of Practice & Technical Guidance
3. Developing & delivering an extensive programme of general and specialist Fire Safety Training to a wide audience base and providing specialist fire safety advice for teams, project planning, design, construction & commissioning teams
4. Carry out risk assessments across the sites
Person:
The successful candidate will have;
5. Relevant demonstratable experience in Fire Safety auditing and compliance
6. Previous experience of working within public buildings would be advantageous
7. Relevant industry qualification (IFE, FPA, FIA, BRE or similar in fire detection)
