Overview
Compliance Auditor (Aviation) role at Draken Europe. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Flight Operations team and help ensure our operations meet the highest standards of regulatory and internal compliance.
Responsibilities
* Lead and support audits across aviation functions, ensuring compliance with UK CAA and other regulatory bodies.
* Develop and maintain audit checklists and documentation aligned with UK Reg 965/2012, 1178/2011, and CAP 632.
* Manage audit programmes, produce reports, and track findings through to resolution.
* Deliver internal training on auditing techniques and compliance principles.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders and external auditors to maintain transparency and readiness.
* Support compliance documentation for current operations and future bids.
* Manage compliance tools including AQD, Q-Pulse, and SharePoint.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Qualifications
* Aviation industry experience, ideally in defence or special mission operations.
* Strong knowledge of UK CAA, ICAO, and relevant aviation regulations.
* Experience conducting audits in regulated environments.
* Familiarity with Safety Management Systems (SMS) and Compliance Monitoring Systems (CMS).

* Closure of internal and external findings within agreed timeframes.
Additional Information
* Occasional out-of-hours work and travel (domestic/international) may be required.
