This is a unique opportunity for a skilled individual to pass on their knowledge to up to 20 apprentices over a 4-year in-house training program. The role involves instructing, guiding, and helping apprentices achieve the required job performance and competency.

What will you do...
* Lead the 4-year Apprentice Training Program in the UK.
* Manage and be responsible for up to 20 apprentices aged 16-22.
* Oversee their training, participation, and completion.
* Possess technical skills to teach basic to complex machining and programming skills.
* Coordinate with external training colleges and institutions.
* Handle recruitment and selection for new apprentices.
* Manage in-house apprentice development programs.
The role is based in Peterborough, requiring visibility and presence on-site. Some travel for recruitment fairs and events is necessary, along with occasional out-of-hours work, which is fully reimbursed. Additional travel within the UK may also be required.

* Knowledge of modern manufacturing management techniques.

* Recognized Modern Apprenticeship qualification.
