Team Leader – Children’s Home

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to join a children’s home supporting young people with LD needs.
Responsibilities
* Lead shifts and support the day‑to‑day running of the home
* Provide guidance and support to Residential Support Workers
* Deliver high quality care and support to young people
* Support with care planning, safeguarding and record keeping
* Promote positive outcomes and emotional wellbeing for children
Qualifications
* Experience working within a children’s residential setting
* Qualified Senior Support Worker ready to step up or existing Team Leader
* Level 3 in Children and Young People or Residential Childcare
* Experience supporting young people with complex needs and/or mental health
